Session Policies

Currently accepting new clients.


Scheduling is flexible with sessions scheduled daily from 10am - 9pm MST, based on availability.  

Please know that any session date/time you request during booking is not guaranteed.

You will receive a release form during your submission and a date/time confirmation or

a list of available dates after your order submission.

-For remote sessions, you will need a computer and a cabled headset with a mic to connect over Zoom. A solid internet connection and a quiet space are also required to prevent interruptions.

-For in-person sessions, covid-19 vaccinations are required as a precaution to protect both of us. 

-Following the session, you will receive an audio recording of it as long as technology permits.

-Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. 

-Cancellations made less than 48 hours incur a $50 cancellation fee.  

-"No shows" forfeit their entire session amount and no refund or credit will be issued unless a valid reason with proof is given, at the sole discretion of Age Renée, LLC staff.

-Sessions will not be refunded if you have chosen to not have your session in an uninterrupted space or to have the required internet connection or equipment. 

-We understand that there may be extenuating circumstances and try to empathetic where possible.

As such, any other refund requests will be considered on an individual basis at

the sole discretion of Age Renée, LLC staff.

How the information is used

By understanding how a viewer came to visit our website and what they did there, we can improve the overall user experience of our visitors. If you filled out a contact form, your information would be used so that our staff can reach out to you via email or a phone call and for background information to conduct our Services.

We do not share any personal or sensitive information without your consent. However, there may be instances where we are required to share your information by law and if so, will comply as necessary.

We have taken steps to protect your information by restricting the access to your information to only select employees that would need it in order to perform their job duties. If you do not want us to contact you or if you do not want to receive our newsletters anymore, you can unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of our emails. If you do not want information collected about you and used throughout the web, from our website and others, you can opt-out by clicking the following links and going through the process.
